Delivery Information

All orders are sent using trusted third party delivery carriers.  Carriage options and relevant charges are viewed and selected in the shopping basket.  Delivery will normally be within five to ten working days to mainland UK but cannot be guaranteed.  For any products out of stock you will be notified at the earliest opportunity for your expected delivery date.  Butterworth Interiors accept no liability for delay in delivering the products.

Returns Policy

Your return options will depend on the reason for the return.      

When returning goods please send us an email to returns@butterworth-interiors.co.uk.  Please state your order number, date of receipt, the reason for returning the product.  Please send product returns to Butterworth Interiors, The Studio, 56 Altrincham Road, Gatley, Cheadle, Cheshire, SK8 4DP.

Wallpaper faulty goods disclaimer

Please note that you should check all rolls for faults prior to cutting and hanging.

You must ensure that any hung paper is applied as stated on the label, third party suppliers will not accept any responsibility if hanging instructions are not adhered to.

Notification of faulty good must be made within three days of receipt of product.  In the event of a fault please send a sample of the product to us with the label.  If the product is defective in any way or has a fault, a full replacement or refund will be made at no charge. 

You are required to return all of the faulty product within 7 days of receipt, undamaged with original packaging for a full refund.  However, if a product has been made individually to your specification then these rights to return do not apply, unless the product is faulty.

Fabric faulty goods disclaimer
