Ariadne Velvets - Leading characters from the world of opera lend their names to this collection of opulent velvets where silver is a key colourway but where teal, royal blue and emerald also feature strongly. Most of the patterns have exceptional Martindale abrasion of 100,000. Ariande is the title role in the Richard Strauss opera Ariadne auf Naxos.
